Thank you so much for considering me to be part of your celebration! Please review the following important information before placing an order.

Rafy Cakery specializes exclusively in vintage/lambeth-style cakes.​

Each cake is made entirely from scratch, free of preservatives, and crafted over a total of 5-6 hours.

​

Rafy Cakery does not offer kids themed cakes, gender reveal cakes, fondant cakes 

​

Operation Dates

Closed Sunday-Wednesday

Cakes stay fresh when stored in the fridge for 3–4 days. If your preferred pickup date is not available,

you may book your cake for pickup on an earlier date.

 

Booking & Payment

  • Once your inquiry is submitted, I will respond within 24–48 hours with your quote and invoice

  • A 50% deposit via Zelle is required for orders over $200.

  •   Orders under $200 require full payment to secure.

  • The deposit / payment must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your invoice to secure your booking. 

  •  Failure to submit payment within the required timeframe without communication will result in void of your booking and invoice.

  • Deposits are non-refundable within one week of your order date.

Last-Minute Orders

For last-minute orders, please email or DM me directly. If availability allows, I will be happy to accommodate your request. A $25 last-minute fee will apply. Orders placed less than 1 week to the date are considered last minute. ​If a last-minute order is accepted, full payment will be required at the time of booking to secure your order.

As Rafy Cakery is a one-woman team, giving myself ample time to prepare is ideal. Each order requires individual planning and preparation, so more than one week’s notice is preferred to ensure everything runs smoothly

Allergy Disclaimer

At this time, I do not cater to specific allergies. My products contain or may come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, eggs, and other allergens. Please notify me of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.

 

Food Safety

Your health and safety are very important to me. I strictly follow sanitary and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.

 

Pricing & Design Details

My starting prices are listed in the form. The starting prices include a simple design, a message you would like on the cake (written in buttercream), light piping details, light pearl details, and 2 color combos. Your cake price will increase with any added details you may want. For example, more than 2 color request, fresh fruit, fresh floral, heavy pearling details, heavy piping detail, cake fillings, etc...I do not replicate or copy other artists’ work. Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact replicas should not be expected. While I do my best to color-match, exact colors cannot be guaranteed. I strongly prefer receiving a theme or mood board and creating a design through my own creative process.

 

Order Changes

Any changes to your order must be requested at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date.

 

Delivery & Pickup   

Delivery is available for orders over $200 (delivery fee applies). Uber delivery is also available as a pickup option (to be requested by client.) For Uber deliveries, the remaining balance must be paid via Zelle before booking the Uber. Once your cake or treats leave my care, I am not responsible for any damage thereafter.
